(An authentic Greek dish of tender slow cooked beef with onions, cinnamon, fresh tomato and white vinegar)

Chicken Kebab

(Skewered chicken breast char grilled, flavoured with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika and herbs)

Vegetable Moussaka

(Layers of aubergine, mixed vegetables, potatoes, topped with a creamy béchamel cheese sauce)
